Russian Hill Residence/ Julia Morgan Remodel Completed in 2004, the entire house was updated mechanically, structurally and made water tight. All interior finishes were dramatically improved over an 18 month period. Beginning with a complete foundation replacement, the house was shored and brought into seismic compliance. Working closely with the Architect (Lewis Butler) and Interior Designer (James Marzo), the interior spaces were carefully reconstructed, then clad with exquisite finishes. A detached guest cottage and rear garden court received full attention as well, providing the owner with a semi-private, sun filled space. |
