Los Altos Hills Residence For the remodel of this Los Altos Hills residence, architect Scott Johnson was commissioned to design a more modern version of the original structure on approximately 12 acres of land. Extensive use of glass, steel and metal siding compliment the Arizona buff ledge stone throughout. A long, private road introduces the setting, culminating to the dramatic façade. Lone walls of glass and clerestory windows unite the interior with the surrounding gardens and vistas beyond. The grounds continue the overall design with an elaborate garden presentation, pool, spa, sunbathing lawn, and expansive patios which look out onto the rolling hills. |
