For the past twenty years, Redhorse has performed general building construction contracts throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area with emphasis in site work, reinforced concrete foundations, seismic strengthening of existing structures, new custom Single Family Dwellings, high end, complex house renovations, and commercial-scale projects. Redhorse employs an average of 60 craft personnel. All concrete, rough and finish carpentry, as well as project management tasks are performed by our own employees. From the initial, design through project completion, we offer expertise to design professionals whose projects demand on vigorous, cost effective execution for success. Redhorse is frequently engaged in the conceptual phase of a project’s development. In these situations we contribute as a third partner combined with the Owner – Design Professional Team, offering our practical construction experience and organizational resources. Redhorse professionals help provide practical solutions, often involving green building technology, to problems such as difficult site conditions, sophisticated mechanical systems, and time/budget constraints. |
