Oakland Hills Home

This Oakland Hills home, like many in the area, arose from the ashes after the Oakland/Berkeley Hills fire storm in 1991.  The architecture firm of John Holey and Associates worked with the owners, both professional writers, to design a home that was convenient to work from while still satisfying the need for a comfortable, functional home.  The architects took advantage of the panoramic view of the bay area by orienting the window walls and decks accordingly.  As a result, natural light is maximized to flood occupy the home throughout the day.
